Marina Milidou
Here are some of the few things you probably would like to know about my qualifications: I am an experienced mental health practitioner with 4 specializations (Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Counseling Psychology and Behavioral Family Psychotherapy), who has a critical understanding of identity development and copying strategies for emotional resilience across a wide range of populations through the mental health care industry and academia.
Throughout the multifaceted academic and professional training I received in Europe and in USA I got the opportunity to work with a lot of multidisciplinary teams of clinicians utilizing a plethora of evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques that can help with anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, lack of motivation and consequent self-sabotaging behaviors.
My coaching skillset is shaped by acceptance and commitment therapy as well as by the person-centered concepts of self-actualization and individuation. My psychology research focuses on the phenomenology of empathy, mechanisms of emotional resilience and identity formation.
When we work together: we can identify patterns of behaviors, we will (re)define your personal values and eventually check how you manifest your goals; three essential steps in life coaching when you want to enhance your dedication and commitment towards a more fulfilling life. Please email me with any further questions you might have.
I feel honored by your presence here and sincerely appreciate each and every one of my clients for allowing me to understand where they are coming from and potentially accompany them through the healing journey of their unique psychological worlds.
